dinner@ Filling Station

i havent been blogging for almost a week man!! wat have i been doin???

Grey's Anatomy Season 3...tht's wat i've been doing..hehe..n i dint realise tht i've been staying home for so many days..n now i can go out as much as i want with my hsemates adi...cuz they finished their exam!! woohoo~~ congrats!!!! im sure all of u will pass....dun worry k...=)

we went for dinner at Filling Station yest...i have to admit..it's the best restaurant we've eaten at so far...

n the most quiet 1 too....bcuz it's not filled with drunk ppl...phew!



the lamb shank there was superduperly yummy la!!! the swordfish too...mus go there again! the waitress was very polite so we tipped her b4 we left....

n when we came home, we did wat we mostly do after exams....DRINK!!

this afternoon we went shopping...

n i tell u....it was like we were shopping for CNY u kno....we bought s00ooo00 many things...too bad i dint take a pic of all the plastic bags we got..haha...

but the 3 favourite things i got today were...

a pair of Roxy slippers...for 3 pounds...FREAKING CHEAPPP CHEAPPP CHEAPPP!!!


a pair of pumps! in sweet pink.....for 5 pounds...*at least it looked like it's of better quality than those 8 pound shoes...hehe*


n a swimsuit top....for the spain n portugal trip....for 3 pounds....

so nice rite...LOVE it so much...hahaha...

ok..i gotta STOP spending like i have 10,000 pounds in my bank...im gonna use quite a lot of money for the spain n portugal trip...* did i tell u guys tht im goin to portugal n spain on monday??*

i have to start looking for job when i come back from hols!!

speed shopping..

we went for grocery shopping just now...n did a lil's clothes shopping too..at Internacionale

n guess wat??!!??

i bought 5 shirts in abt 30 mins!!! muahahHAHAhaha..

preparing for the spain n portugal trip mah....

this 1 here is 4.10 pounds...*i wanted a ribbon-tied-at-the-back shirt since long time ago* woopie~~


both these baby-tees cost 6 pounds...

n 2 sleeveless shirts...1.95 pounds....cheappp cheappp cheappp!!!
die lor...no money adi....

next month gotta spend so much more!!!!! "sei la sei la"....T_T

trip to Loch Lomond

i went for a day trip to Loch Lomond with my hsemates, kah yie, suechoo n suok teng..

we took a train from Queen St Station to Balloch..

*ehem*..due to our lack of experience in taking the train, we were kinda lost on our way there..n on our way back...the outing was abt 9 hrs in which we spent a total of 4 hrs being lost n taking the wrong trains....*doinkdoink!*

in case you're wondering, loch means lake in scottish...

on the way to the Balloch Castle, we passed by a long stretch of "woods"...



with lotsa pine trees..

n we found a place to sit down and eat our sandwiches...

it was such a big piece of ground..i felt like running like a kid, rolling n doing cut wheels on the grass...*but of course i had to jaga image so i just walked to the shade n sat down*



but then..we still couldnt resist the huge space around us..so we decided to play "pepsi cola"..


conclusion: eng ed ppl r better gamers..



i dint know tht lying on the grass could be so comfy!



next to the huge piece of land was the Moss o' Balloch plantations

which has lavenders..

pretty eh..

the weather was freaking hot today...we all grabbed some ice cream...


many hours after we arrived Balloch, we reached our main attraction of the day....



tada........THE LAKE!!


which has duckies swimming around...*the 2 ducks later brought 2 frens to introduce to us! they tot we had food huh...ngek ngek*


there were ppl swimming in the lake too.. chun!!

i cooked "kung po chicken"!!!

ohh..im so proud of myself..

using my popo's recipe, a junior chef like me could actually cook yummy "kung po chicken"..muahaha...


it was mmMMMmmm yummy~~~
in the evening, we 3 decided to go for a jog..


n it ended up to be a few mins jog + grocery shopping at sainsbury's...*mission partially failed*

got back home n cooked dinner..kah yie came over with her sweet corn soup...yummY!!

lemon chicken was the main dish tonight...

the lemon sauce tasted so fresh!! ahhHHhhh....

3 years of happiness

today is our 3rd year anniversary...n i would like to dedicate this post to aun....=)

we have known each other for a long long time...

u used to be the boy next door...who teached me how to blow bubble gums, who went swimming and piano lessons with me...


n many yrs later...we kept back in touch...

on 21/8/2004...a day out to imu and sunway pyramid brought us together as a couple...




we've shared so many celebrations together..

birthday celebrations...

CNY celebrations...


we've been thru IMU Cups...

we've went for trips to..

Pulau Redang...

genting...

attended each other's convo...

been thru LDRs...

for 3 weeks...

n now for 13 months...

with trust and love, we'll be able to maintain our relationship as it is right now..n i have a strong feeling that we're going to make it thru this 1 yr...

thank you so much for making my life more beautiful...

i feel grateful that im being loved and cared so much by someone else other than my family..n im very glad that i have someone to love and care for...

love ya lotz!
