surgery....

so i was admitted into UH ard 10am on wed...my dad teman me till bout 12+ noon....then he left for work..i was kinda bored la after he left...flipping between CLEO n reader's digest....nap for bout 1 hr...but was woken up by bz nurses who kept walking in n out of the room...

i dint get a private room to myself...bcuz the hosp was full...i was actually admitted into an emergency room + store room...*paid rm100 for 1nite....cheat my mother's money la...*...there were nurses walking in to take stuf...discussing bout patients notes like i wasnt there.....darn hard to sleep la...they tok so loud summo..n the nurse counter was jus outside the room...phone rings sounded like alarm...woke me up every 15 mins or so....haihz....y la!!??!!!

i was told tht i would b sent to the operation room (OR) ard 5pm....so i waited...n waited..n waited....nobody came to giv me my hospital clothes....did they forget i was scheduled for surgery??....so i asked the nurse....n she asked me to WAIt....

hmmm..mayb mins seem like hrs bcuz i felt tht i waited quite long la...but actually it wasnt tht long bcuz at 5.30pm....the nurse came n told me to change...i told her tht my period jus came tht morning...so she gave me a pad tied wif strings..i kept adjusting it bcuz it felt like it was gona fall off anytime...hehe...

i had to take out my contact lenses n i was not allowed to wear my specs when i was sent to the OR....kinda disappointed ler...wanted to c how the OR looks like ...but bcuz my power is high, everything was a blur to me...sigh.....

i wasnt excited or scared when i was in the waiting room *outside the OR*....bcuz i had an anti-anxiety pill (valium 5mg) at 4pm...i felt more like sleeping...hehe...

ard 6.10pm..i was pushed into the OR...the anaesthesiologist injected anaesthetic into my veins..i could feel the drug flowing into my veins n there was a bitter taste in my mouth...when i woke up...i was back in the ward...the wound wasnt painful at all...the more painful 1 was the needle on my left hand which had to be left there until i was discharged....

my family n jin aun were in the ward a lil while after i came back from the OR..they bought dinner for me! yay...the fasting for more than 6hrs emptied my stomach till it was growling....ard 9.30pm my family left....cuz visiting hrs till 10pm ony....jin aun stayed to teman me...hehe...he had to sleep on a not-very-comfortable chair...n he was freezing cold bcuz he tot UH is like seremban hospital...not air-conditioned...haha..he wore shorts n slippers...he didnt hav a good sleep la...but i did...i think it was the anaesthetic effect....hehe...

the doc came to check on me ard 7+am....said i was ok n can be discharged...yippee~~!!!! came back home bout 9+am....n continued sleeping....freaking sleepy lehh....anaesthetic effect again..haha....

this morning when i woke up...there were yellow stains ard my wound dressing...n rashes too!! oh no...this is bad....i'll go c doc tmr morn la....c whether can change the dressing onot....can ony remove my stitches on thurs....

so after this surgery...im gonna hav a scar....i still can wear a tube dress...hehe...*happie~~!! bcuz i wana wear a tube dress for my wedding...haha....alwaz dreamt of it...*....but i can't wear nethin like wat beyonce wore......haha...say bye bye to bikinis....
