have been bz lately....erm..bz lazing ard la actually...ahh..so much work waiting for me to finish..supposed to write case reports..n now im given the task to compile info on which antibiotics have to be protected from light....I AM SO BLARDDYYY LAZYYYYY!!! tsktsk...dono who i got this from....
anywayz, it was mrs khaw's annual grading/competition today...
but bcuz alot of judges couldnt attend as there was another national competition goin on in kuantan....she turned the grading to a competition so that she can invite ex-gymnasts *ehem...mua..* to be not-very-professional judges....keke....
the em-cees...julie n roshida...katrina came later on..
charmaine (karen's cousin) who is super tall n thin now...

oh..and the little gymnasts that i judge....so cutieee rite.....

anyway... i have a few comments...
firstly.. i totally agree wif u on Charmaine.. she is so tall n thin now... her 'san choi' is like so "GymnASty"... if u know wat i mean.
secondly... its Beatrice 'Low'.... n i think she is very pleasant to watch bcz she smiles very sweetly thru-out her routine. actually.. her sister... Jessie Low does quite well too... but she dun smile.
n lastly.... erm... i dunno wats my lastly. go to sleep la u lao aunty. nite nite!!~

ahhh!!! hey hey...yupyup charmaine controls what she eats. i think she's crazy. over doing it. but owell. and and and....beatrice low and jesse low, ive trained them before. well i trained jesse before, who was really forgetful at one point. while beatrice was very quick at catching things. but i think they're both quite hard working. beatrice used to be a lot shorter n chubbier, but it seems she's leaner and more "curvey" now. wah gymnastics can make or break a person's body man...
anyway IM COMING HOME SOOON!!!
