tht's when i got to meet up with kim tat...who came all the way from work on a bus (bcuz there was a tube strike) n who had to walk in an empty stomach to come find us at the mall opposite London Victoria coach station...poor kim tat.....haha...

all i can say is thx kim tat for accompanying us thru the long n torturing wait for our flight....haha....

eun mi is back in Korea now bcuz she has graduated from her English course...i realy hope that we can meet each other up 1 day...mayb in korea??? haha...

This picture was taken beside the Douro river..n the bridge behind us Ponte D. Luis

We went on a river cruise and took many pics with great views of Porto n Gaia (the land opp Porto)..

Do you know how Portugal got its name?? it's from both the land of Porto n Gaia....*woooo.....* haha...

we went to a port wine cellar too....Porto is famous for its port wine.....n wines from Porto r called Ports.....apparently they have a cert which states tht only wine from Porto can be called Ports....

wine tasting at the wine cellar..

This is the night view of Porto and Gaia from Palacio de Cristal...

at the top of Clerigos Tower...

n we got to go to the beach too....the beach was so windy n the water was icy cold....my feet went numb when i touched the water *serious!!*.....next time have to bring long sleeves to the beach....haha...

sunset..

n there was this weird sand statue that some "keng chao" fella built..the sand statue was actually pee-ing....*im serious!!!*..
back in the hostel..it's 1 of the best hostel we stayed in throughout the trip....we each had a single bed...n the room has a private toilet...but it could be really hot sometimes in the day bcuz there wasnt a freaking fan or aircon in the room!!!
